Experience Newtons Laws in Space A-Spec First Assault isn’t your typical arcade space sim. Point your ship in a new direction, and you’ll find yourself drifting as your thrusters struggle to redirect your momentum. These aren’t civilian shuttles—your ship’s engines and thrusters unleash forces so powerful they could rip and tear lesser vessels apart if not handled with care. A-Spec First Assault masterfully blends arcade simplicity with authentic Newtonian physics, keeping space flight accessible yet immersive. Prefer a guided experience? The flight computer maintains control and excitement. Want to push your skills to the limit? Disengage the flight assists and take charge—manually adjusting each thruster for a truly free-form flight that demands precision and mastery. Ship Customization In A-Spec First Assault, customization isn’t just an option—it’s your gateway to mastering the chaos of interstellar combat. Every Corvette-class starship can be tailored to match your unique playstyle, from the weapons you wield to the support modules that define your strengths. Whether you’re a relentless aggressor or a cunning tactician, your choices will determine your dominance in the stars. Weapons Arm your vessel with devastating tools of war, each designed to give you the edge in battle: Primary Weapons: Lead your assault with frontal firepower. Choose rapid-fire autocannons for a relentless barrage or equip artillery cannons to deliver crushing, high-impact blows. Pick your weapon—your enemies won’t wait for a second shot. Secondary Launchers: Amplify your offensive power with missile systems. Launch homing rockets to chase down agile foes or a rapid salvo of rockets to cripple enemy defenses. These are your clutch plays when the fight gets fierce. Turreted Guns: Gain versatility with turreted weapons, offering wider firing arcs to tackle multiple targets or guard your flanks. Sacrifice some raw power for flexibility and keep the battlefield under control. Ship Size Matters: Bigger ships mean bigger guns—and tougher defenses. Load up for overwhelming firepower, but beware: greater mass can cost you speed and maneuverability. Will you prioritize brute force or nimble precision? Support Modules Support modules let you fine-tune your ship’s performance, boosting core systems to suit your strategy. Here’s how you can shape your vessel: Offensive Boosts: Crank up your attack with modules like Magnetic Calibrations for faster firing rates or Frictionless Coils for longer ranges at higher velocities. Defensive Fortifications: Bolster your survival odds with Reinforced Armor Plating for tougher hulls or Nanite Repair Optimisation to regenerate damaged armour faster. Stay in the fight longer, but added weight could slow your escape. Mobility Upgrades: Outmaneuver your enemies with Thruster Optimizers for sharper turns or Engine Tunings to boost top speed. Perfect for dodging barrages or striking fast and fading away. Strategic Trade-offs: Power comes with a price. Some modules trade armor for speed or firepower for vulnerability. Stack too many of the same type, and you’ll hit diminishing returns—diversify your loadout to keep your edge sharp. Tactical Combat In A-Spec First Assault, brute force alone won’t win the day. Success hinges on your ability to outthink your enemies in an ever shifting battlesphere. Assess the situation, identify threats, prioritize targets, and issue precise commands to your fleet group. Head-on assaults might get you started, but exploiting enemy weaknesses, leveraging your fleet’s loadout, and mastering maneuvers are what secure victory. Take Command Read the Battlefield: Scan for vulnerabilities—exposed subsystems, weak formations, or isolated ships. Every detail shapes your strategy. Prioritize Targets: Focus on the biggest threats first. Neutralize missile cruisers before they fire, or cripple command battlecruisers to sow chaos. Direct Your Fleet: Issue orders to flank, focus fire, or protect key objectives. A single well-timed command can shift the odds in your favour. Fleet Group Loadouts Tailor your fleet group’s weapons and commands to match your playstyle, turning them into an extension of your will: Missile & Blaster Combo: Launch missiles from afar to soften enemies, then close in with short-range Blasters for a lethal finish. Ideal for patient aggressors. Railgun Precision: Equip railguns to pierce armor and shred subsystems, disabling foes while your fleet group keeps them busy. Perfect for crippling key targets. Artillery & Autocannon Barrage: Hammer enemies with artillery and rockets for widespread splash damage, then use rapid-fire autocannons to stop their armor from regenerating. Built for relentless pressure. Adapt to Survive The battlesphere never stands still. New threats emerge, opportunities vanish, and plans unravel. Stay sharp, reassess mid-fight, and adjust your tactics on the fly. Victory belongs to the commander who can turn chaos into opportunity. Command Take charge of the stars in A-Spec First Assault. Build Your Fleet Group As your fleet grows, you’ll command a diverse array of powerful corvette-class ships. Assign them to specialized roles to match your battle plan: Support: Strengthen your fleet’s resilience with defensive point defences, keeping your ships in the fight. Hit-and-Run: Strike swiftly and retreat, ideal for disrupting enemy formations or targeting vulnerable flanks. Brawlers: Dominate close-quarters combat, absorbing damage while delivering devastating blows. Issue Precise Orders Lead your fleet with precision. Issue orders tailored to the battlefield’s demands: Engage at Will: Unleash your ships to select their own targets, thriving in the chaos of battle. Focus Fire: Direct concentrated firepower on a specific enemy to eliminate key threats quickly. Target Subsystems: Weaken foes by disabling their weapons, engines, or shields—cripple them for a later finishing blow after softer targets are handled.
