Car Factory Tycoon

Car Factory Tycoon is a realistic, hands-on factory sim where you start in a cramped garage and build your way toward a full-scale car operation. Place equipment, manage your layout, train workers, and turn raw parts into finished cars—one build step at a time. In the early game, every decision matters: where you place a parts shelf, how you organize parking, and which cars you prioritize can mean the difference between a smooth workflow and a garage full of traffic jams. Build inventory, fulfill customer orders, and decide when to open your sales lot for walk-in buyers. This is an actively developing project with a playable garage prototype. Expect fast iteration and improvements as the systems expand from “garage builder” into a deeper production-line and company simulation. Key Features Step-by-step car building through multiple stages, from frame to finished vehicle Build and redesign your garage by placing stands, shelves, walls, and parking spots Workers with a job system that fetch parts, assemble cars, and move finished vehicles Parking + inventory management so completed cars have a real place to go Customer orders you can fulfill by choosing which finished car to deliver Walk-in buyers who can purchase cars directly from your lot when sales are open Early research and progression to unlock upgrades and expand capacity Scenarios and a sandbox playground for guided goals or open-ended building
