Fantasy Air-Sea Battles Showdown

Hello everyone, I’m Valen. This is my first indie game. When I was a child, I loved reading Aviation World magazine and often dreamed of becoming a fighter pilot. This game is a way for me to fulfill that childhood dream, and I hope fellow military and aviation enthusiasts will enjoy it too. Fantasy Air-Sea Battles Showdown / 幻想海空大决战 is a top-down air-sea combat shooting game set in a completely fictional fantasy world. Players will pilot fantasy aircraft with different performance characteristics, roles, and combat styles, ranging from piston-engine propeller fighters to modern jets and even futuristic aircraft. You will fly across oceans, islands, and a variety of battlefield environments, engaging enemies through high-speed movement and intense firepower to achieve victory. The game is built around real-time combat. You must maneuver flexibly between enemy formations, naval firepower, and aerial suppression, assess battlefield threats, evade attacks in time, and seize the right moments to lock onto enemy aircraft and unleash your firepower. In battle, you need to pay attention not only to frontal attacks, but also to missile threats, evasive maneuvers, and the overall rhythm of tactical combat. You can also call in allied forces during battle and make basic tactical deployments based on the situation. When to request reinforcements, what type of allies to summon, and how to coordinate them with your advance and fire direction will all affect the distribution of battlefield pressure and the overall combat rhythm. This makes the battle feel less like a lone assault and more like an air-sea combined operation led by you. Both allied and enemy units feature a variety of distinct AI behavior styles, including suicide attackers, high-speed assault units, escorts, and more. As you earn rewards in battle, you will gradually unlock more playable aircraft and combat abilities. Different aircraft have different speeds, firepower, survivability, and tactical tendencies. Some are better suited for high-speed breakthroughs, some excel at frontal suppression, while others are more stable in prolonged combat. Choosing the right aircraft according to enemy formations and level pacing will become an important part of achieving victory. Whether you prefer intense solo firepower or building up your own forces for coordinated advances through each stage, you will find your own enjoyment in this fantasy air-sea showdown. In the planned full version, the game also reserves support for modding capabilities, a level editor, and an interface for an enemy command system. The plan is to allow players to choose AI-driven enemy air force deployment and battlefield coordination behavior. At that point, enemy formations will no longer simply spawn and attack, but may instead feature adversarial AI personalities. If you enjoy fast-paced top-down shooting, battlefield progression filled with pressure, and the sense of achievement that comes from continuous unlocking and growth, then Fantasy Air-Sea Battles Showdown will bring you a fantasy air-sea battle full of explosions, maneuvering, and firepower confrontation.
