Hapunan

Fun Fact: In the Philippines, balut is the undisputed king of midnight street food. You’ll usually hear the vendor before you see them, calling out "Baluuuut!" into the quiet night air. It’s a savory delicacy eaten in distinct steps: crack a small hole at the top, sip the rich, warm broth inside, and then season the rest with salt and vinegar. For street vendors working the graveyard shift, it’s a vital burst of energy to keep the shadows at bay.
