International Memes is a fun quiz game dedicated to the history and culture of internet memes around the world. Over the past twenty years, the internet has spawned thousands of iconic images, phrases, and characters that have become part of global culture and erased all borders between countries. Trollface, Grumpy Cat, Doge, Gigachad, Hide the Pain Harold, Chill Guy—you've probably seen them hundreds of times. But do you know their proper names? How the game plays The gameplay is incredibly simple and addictive. Launch the game, click "New Game," and the first meme appears. The image occupies the center of the screen, with a question and four answer options below. You need to look at the meme and choose its correct name. After selecting an answer, the image dramatically enlarges to fill the screen, and a reaction message appears in the corner—an approving one if you guessed correctly, or a funny one if you missed. After a few seconds, the game automatically moves on to the next question. Two counters are always visible in the upper right corner—your total number of correct and incorrect answers. No timers, no pressure, no penalties for mistakes. You can calmly ponder each question, enjoy the image, and remember where you first saw this meme. A full gameplay takes about 15–20 minutes—perfect for a short session in the evening or during a lunch break. After the fiftieth question, the game will tally your score and assign you one of six ranks. The more correct answers, the higher your status in the world of memeology. What awaits you 50 legendary memes from all times and countries. From classics of the early 2000s (Trollface, Unlucky Brian, Grumpy Cat, Philosoraptor, Nyan Cat) to modern global hits (Gigachad, Chill Guy, Aura Points, Doge vs. Chimes). Each image is a small cultural artifact that will come to life in your memory. Six mastery levels at the end of the game. From the ignominious title of Noob, who clearly just connected to the internet, to the legendary title of Internet Legend, whose name is now inscribed in the meme Valhalla. Between them are Junior Memeologist, Meme Enthusiast, Meme Pro, and Meme God. Each rank is accompanied by a witty description of your result, which will either cheer you up or mercilessly mock you. 15 Steam achievements that turn every game launch into a mini-adventure. Get an achievement for your first correct answer, your first mistake, ten correct answers in a row, for reaching the halfway point, for a perfect 50 out of 50, and even for five consecutive misses, known as "Speechless." Will you collect all fifteen? Six interface languages to choose from: Russian, English, German, Spanish, French, and Italian. All questions, answer options, and menus are fully localized—memes are, after all, an international currency, and International Memes respects the cultural boundaries of each player. Game Features Stylish visual design. Each image is framed by a neat double border, with sparkles of gold dust swirling around it. The animations are smooth and pleasing to the eye—the meme page unfolds beautifully before you, like a page in a memory book. The custom cursor leaves a fiery trail of golden sparks.
