Lumber Tycoon Island

A wild island, an endless forest and a single axe. Build a logging empire from scratch: fell trees, raise sawmills and factories, hire crews, buy machines and turn raw logs into boards, lumber, furniture and paper. A 3D economic logging tycoon with living machinery, workers and ecology. You start with an axe, some seed money and a coniferous plot. Mark trees for cutting and your loggers get to work. Logs must be hauled to the warehouse, processed on the machines and driven by trucks to the customs house or dock, where goods are finally sold. Every link in that chain can be automated: chainsaws, harvesters, log trucks, inter-island barges, machine operators and haulers running the logistics. Grow the full production chain: log → board → lumber → dried lumber → product → furniture. Unlock alternative branches — a paper mill and a charcoal plant. Build roads, generators, fuel depots and ports, take bank loans, watch a market with floating prices and grab lucrative supply contracts. But the forest is alive. Cut too greedily and ecology drops, trees regrow slower, the island empties out. Hire foresters, plant saplings and hold the balance between profit and regrowth. Seasons change, and with them the growth rate and fuel costs. Open new zones and neighbouring islands — from deciduous groves to mountain cedars and ancient relic giants. The goal is simple and ambitious: turn a lonely plot into an industrial logging empire with a net worth of 10,000,000 ₽. KEY FEATURES: A FULL PROCESSING CHAIN. Log → board → lumber → dried lumber → product → furniture, plus paper and charcoal. Every stage adds value; LIVING MACHINES & WORKERS. Loggers, haulers, operators and foresters; chainsaws, harvesters, log trucks, trucks and sea barges between islands — all driving, felling and hauling right in front of you; ECONOMY & LOGISTICS. A floating market, contracts, a bank with loans, maintenance, fuel and electricity. Build three tiers of roads to speed up delivery; ECOLOGY MATTERS. Logging lowers forest health; planting restores it. Keep the balance — or end up on a barren island; AN ISLAND WORLD. 7 tree species, 4 biomes and separate islands linked by ports and barges. Unlock zones as you grow; SEASONS. Spring, summer, autumn and winter change tree growth and fuel use; 15 STEAM ACHIEVEMENTS; TWO LANGUAGES: Russian and English, auto-detected on first launch.
