Music by Lukas Fretz Lukas Fretz SOUNDGUYBASEL About the Game Story: Once upon a time, in a mystical world filled with wonder and enchantment, a red fox stirred from slumber, his mind brimming with the remnants of a very special dream. In this dream, foxes were not merely ordinary creatures of the forest but possessed extraordinary magical powers that allowed them to regulate the weather and seasons. Centuries ago, these majestic creatures had the ability to summon gentle spring showers, bask in the golden rays of summer, witness the awe-inspiring colors of autumn, and command the crystalline snowflakes of winter. Their magic was derived from precious crystals, worn around their necks, which harnessed the energy of the elements. Over time, these crystals disappeared, lost to the annals of history. The foxes' extraordinary powers faded into myth and legend, their legacy becoming a bedtime story whispered to the young, carrying with it the longing for a time of boundless enchantment. But within the depths of Fox's dream, something extraordinary unfolded. The fragmented remnants of these long-lost crystals merged together, forming a single, colossal gem of unparalleled radiance. This crystal, brimming with untapped potential, resided in the farthest reaches of the world, waiting to be discovered once more. Unbeknownst to Fox, his extraordinary dream had attracted the attention of a malevolent force known as Nightmare. This darkness, born of shadow and despair, sought to harness the immense power contained within the crystal for its own sinister purposes. Nightmare's sinister presence cast an ominous shadow, threatening to consume all that stood in its path. With a mix of curiosity and trepidation, Fox embarked on a perilous journey to uncover the secrets held within the legendary crystal. Venturing through breathtaking landscapes and traversing awe-inspiring forests, Fox encountered the stunning beauty of nature at its finest. The air carried the melody of rustling leaves, and the sunlight filtered through the verdant canopy above, illuminating the path that lay ahead. As Fox journeyed through this wondrous world, he encountered mystical creatures who dwelled within its depths. Wise and magical beings offered their guidance, sharing fragments of ancient knowledge that hinted at the true power of the crystal. These encounters were not merely chance meetings but pivotal moments that would shape his destiny and the fate of the world. Yet, lurking in the shadows, Nightmare observed Fox's every move, ever eager to seize the crystal's power for its nefarious agenda. The darkness sought to sow seeds of doubt, conjuring illusions that played with Fox's mind. But the fox, fueled by an unwavering determination, refused to succumb to Nightmare's malevolence, keeping the flame of hope burning brightly within his heart. Throughout his arduous journey, Fox confronted formidable challenges and overcame treacherous obstacles. He learned to navigate precarious paths, solve intricate puzzles, and harness his cunning and resilience. The forest's inhabitants, both magical and ordinary, provided support and aid, revealing fragments of ancient wisdom that shed light on the crystal's true nature and purpose. With each step forward, Fox could feel the oppressive presence of Nightmare drawing ever closer, its icy tendrils threatening to extinguish the light within his soul. The darkness whispered insidious temptations, seeking to corrupt his mind and snuff out his unwavering spirit. Yet, he remained resolute, guided by an unwavering sense of purpose and an unyielding desire to restore balance to the world. Finally, after enduring countless trials and traversing vast lands of breathtaking beauty, Fox stood at the precipice of destiny. Before him, shimmering with radiant brilliance loomed the majestic giant crystal—the embodiment of all four seasons and the key to unlocking the dormant magic within.
