Rescue: The Beagles

It was built from scratch in only two weeks. The Beagles won the jam, amongst hundreds of entries! The game's story was inspired by real events. An actual beagle abuse incident took place at a veterinary institute in developer's hometown. The news about it hit the front pages and caused public outrage. Near that time the developer Nenad was regularly hiking the Alps. On one such hike, a heated discussion about beagles took place. This created an unlikely fusion of beagles and mountain peaks in Nenad's head and thus the game idea was born.
