Rush Hour Relay

The Clock is Ticking. The Grid is Waiting. Welcome to the dispatch desk. In Rush Hour Relay, you are the logistical mastermind behind a growing delivery network. Every morning you plan. Every day you scramble. Every night you regroup. There is always too much to do and never quite enough fuel. The Morning Your warehouse is stocked. Your drivers are waiting. Every slot in every cargo bag matters — and so does every kilogram. Load Maria with dairy — she earns a bonus on those routes. Give Bob the bulk orders, he can carry twice what anyone else can. Don't put perishables on Tom's bike; he's almost out of fuel and won't make it before they turn. The red bar on that Milk isn't decoration. It's a deadline. But watch the weight. A heavier driver burns fuel faster and moves slower. Sometimes the right call is leaving a slot empty. You have a few minutes before orders start dropping. Make them count. The Day The grid comes alive. Houses light up. A $450 VIP order expires in 47 seconds. Your best regular customer just got targeted by a rival service — their scooter is already moving. Jenkins is halfway across the map with the wrong items. Emma can cover it but she'll be stranded. You are managing five moving pieces in real time, on a map where every wrong decision costs money you don't have. The good news: you've done this before. You're getting better. The upgrades are starting to show. The Night Review the day. Check the spoilage report — two milks expired on Bob's bike, that's $40 gone. Buy smarter tomorrow. Invest in cold storage or save for the engine tuning upgrade that would've gotten Tom to that VIP order in time. The debt installment is in four days. You're $800 short. But if you load right, you'll make it. Probably. What's in the box 🗺️ Live Grid Map — A dense neighborhood grid with real driver movement, live fuel bars, and a rival AI that competes for your orders. Watch their scooter move toward your customer. Beat them there or lose the order. 📦 Slot-Based Cargo — Visual inventory that makes loading feel like a satisfying puzzle. Bulk items take two slots. Perishables have freshness bars. The game auto-rotates old stock first so you can focus on strategy, not bookkeeping. ⚖️ Weight vs. Speed — Every item you load adds weight. Heavier drivers move slower and burn fuel faster. Loading smart isn't just about fitting items in — it's about knowing when leaving a slot empty is the profitable move. ⛽ Fuel Station Choices — Fuel stations are scattered across the grid. When your driver stops, you decide: Quick Fill, Half Tank, or Full Tank. Every refuel costs money you might need elsewhere. Skip it and gamble on making it back. 👥 Team Dispatch — Some orders need two drivers. Click Maria for the milk, click Bob for the flour. Both bikes head to the same house. The order completes when the last item arrives. Smart assignment shows you exactly who contributes what — and locks out drivers once the order is covered. 🧩 Rank-Based Progression — You start at Rank 50 with basic stock and work toward Rank 1. Each tier unlocks new item categories with new mechanics: bulk grains that fill two slots, cold-chain products that expire in hours, premium goods worth more than a full day's regular earnings. 🌙 Three-Phase Days — Morning planning, live day execution, and night restock and upgrades. The morning determines what's possible. The day determines how well you execute. The night determines how much better tomorrow goes. 🚛 Tow Truck — Run out of fuel on the road and the order fails. A tow truck will bring your driver home and restore some fuel — but it costs $75 and seconds you can't get back. Manage your routes or pay the price. A Note from the Developer Thanks for checking out the game. I'm building this on my own because it's the kind of experience I've always wanted to play. Your interest, feedback, and support mean everything. They're what keep me going. I hope you enjoy what I'm building.
