Skybreaker: Rebuild Protocol

Active Development Notice Skybreaker: Rebuild Protocol is still in active development. The game is playable and available now, but more content, polish, fixes, balance changes, and community-driven improvements will continue to be added over time. Overview Skybreaker: Rebuild Protocol is a chaotic sandbox destruction game where you unleash catastrophic forces from the sky while stick figure survivors desperately try to rebuild and endure. Summon meteors, lightning, fire, tornadoes, cluster bombs, phosphorus bombs, fireworks, vines, and more to come. Watch cities crumble, structures collapse piece by piece, and tiny builders fight back against overwhelming destruction. This project started as a hobby experiment by a solo developer who simply wanted to build something fun, reactive, and alive. Now it is growing into a community-driven sandbox where destruction meets resilience. If you enjoy physics-based chaos, dynamic environments, and watching systems collide in unexpected ways, you are in the right place. What You Can Do Call down meteors by dragging across the sky, the longer the drag, the stronger the impact Generate shockwaves that damage buildings and push characters away Strike with lightning and ignite fires that spread across structures Spawn tornadoes that tear through the city Use destructive tools like cluster bombs, phosphorus bombs, fireworks, and vines Watch buildings collapse into debris See stick people rebuild, react, dance, panic, and attempt to survive Unlock tools, worlds, achievements, and hidden secrets as you progress Keep your progress with Steam Cloud support Adjust settings like resolution, world color tone, UI scale, and more Every action you take changes the world. The city is not static. It responds, breaks, burns, rebuilds, and evolves. Core Idea This game is about contrast. You are the force of chaos. They are the force of persistence. You destroy. They rebuild. There is no traditional win condition, The fun comes from experimentation, pushing systems to their limits, unlocking new ways to cause destruction, and watching unexpected behavior unfold. It is part sandbox, part physics playground, and part evolving simulation. Built by a Hobbyist, Growing with the Community Skybreaker: Rebuild Protocol is a solo-developed passion project and my first full game release. I work full time in a completely different industry, and this project is built during evenings, weekends, and any free time I can find. Development will not move at the speed of a large studio, but it will move forward. I am committed to improving the game step by step. This game exists because I love building systems and seeing what happens when they interact. The long-term goal is to grow Skybreaker together with the community. Planned direction includes: More disasters and environmental effects More achievements and hidden secrets Community-suggested features More polish, more chaos, and more life Your feedback will directly shape where this goes.
