Long ago, hungry monsters threatened to consume the world, until their appetites were sated - with delicious food! But now their numbers have grown, and there are more orders than we can keep up with… Joining the kitchen brigade at the request of the Head Chef, you must build and run new cooking factories to keep feeding the beasts. Gather ingredients, set up food production lines, and craft gourmet meals inspired by cuisines from all over the world, each made to meet some very particular tastes. As you travel across the islands to uncover what’s really stirring the beasts’ appetites, you’ll come across new foods, new rules, and unexpected complications that test how well your systems really work. Can you turn the tide of the hungry beasts, while proving your status as a Witchelin Star chef? FEATURES - Level-based factory simulation in a 2D platforming setting - Mass-produce delicious meals through automated cooking machines - Over 55 levels across 6 islands, with difficult challenges and modes to unlock - Handle complex ingredients, dairy, allergens, spicy foods, food poisoning and more - Modding support, plus create and share custom levels to challenge your fellow chefs - Experience all the stress of managing a restaurant without any of the pay! FEED THE MONSTERS TO KEEP THE PEACE Take orders from hungry beasts, and create multiple delicious courses - each with tastes, quirks, and intolerances. Meet their demands to stop the island from, well… becoming lunch. BUILD FOOD FACTORIES Design automated kitchens using mixers, ovens, boilers, fryers, sorters, pipes, and more. Every ingredient is a system; manage timing, contamination, allergens, spoilage and other quirks as production grows. MASTER INGREDIENTS WITH REAL RULES Dairy curdles with heat, nuts spread allergens, meat carries food poisoning and dough rises over time. Learn the rules, exploit them, and build factories that won’t implode... probably. EXPLORE ISLANDS, EACH WITH ITS OWN LOGIC Every island introduces new core ingredients, mechanics, hazards, and layouts. Unlock new dishes, solve strange local problems, build the factories needed to keep the beasts from causing trouble. SOLVE MULTI-STEP COOKING PUZZLES AT SCALE Turn simple recipes into sprawling networks of pipes and machines. Control overpowering ingredients to avoid contamination, prevent curdled catastrophes and keep your production flowing under pressure. LATE-GAME SYSTEMS GET DELICIOUSLY WEIRD Use void-powered machines, infused liquids, steam-based cooking, indigestion relief for spicy dishes, layered dessert conveyor belts and more as you push into stranger territory. --- A portion of the money made will be donated towards hunger, foodbank and food waste prevention charities to help feed those in need in the real world.
