The Headlands

The Headlands is a cozy top-down farming strategy game set in a small village and an abandoned collective farm waiting for a fresh start. Begin with the basics: an old tractor, a neglected field, and limited resources. Step by step, cultivate the land, sow your crops, harvest the yield, and gradually build a farm shaped by your decisions. At its heart, the game is about rhythm and balance. You decide which fields to work first, when to invest in new machinery, and how to manage your time, fuel, and grain efficiently. There are no rushing timers or sudden punishments - only thoughtful planning and steady, satisfying progress. Help your neighbors through contracts, unlock new opportunities, and turn a modest homestead into a living, thriving farm. Start small. Give the land time. And watch everything begin to grow. 🌾 Meditative strategic gameplay Plan without pressure and set your own pace. 🚜 Gradual farm development From a single tractor to a fully equipped farm with expanded buildings and machinery. 📦 Balanced resource management Time, fuel, and harvest - everything is connected. 🤝 Contracts and village life Support your neighbors and grow the region together.
