Embark on a Journey into the Minds of Your Patients as a Psychiatrist. Make Tough Decisions, Uncover Hidden Stories, and Strive to Maintain Your Mental Well-being. Take a Seat in the Psychiatrist’s Chair, Dive into the Minds of Your Patients, and Discover Their Stories. Therapist Simulator invites you to work as a mental health professional, conducting sessions with patients who possess diverse personalities. Asking the right questions, listening attentively, and making difficult decisions will determine both your patients' fates and your own. About the Game: In this simulation game, you will work as a psychiatrist helping patients overcome their mental health struggles. However, this process is more than just conversations; each patient has a unique story, hidden secrets, and deep wounds waiting to be unveiled. Each patient can attend up to 5 sessions. However, your evaluation at the end of each session determines whether the patient will return for the next appointment. Careful guidance and attentive approaches ensure session continuity and help the patient begin their healing journey. Every response you give matters. The dialogue choices you make during sessions will directly affect your patient’s emotional state and their progress in therapy. A wrong word or a dismissive attitude can shatter your patient’s trust and negatively impact their treatment. Core Gameplay Mechanics: Patient Sessions: Each patient can attend a maximum of 5 sessions. If you receive a high enough score at the end of a session, the patient will agree to return. Otherwise, they may abandon the process midway. Dialogue-Based Progression: Your responses and guidance shape both the course of the session and the overall narrative of the game. Your choices can strengthen or damage your patient’s trust in you. Medication Recommendations: At the end of certain sessions, you may have the opportunity to recommend medication to your patient. Correct medication advice grants extra points and accelerates the patient’s recovery. Hidden Stories: With patience and attention to detail, you can uncover the deep secrets that some patients conceal. These hidden stories provide new perspectives on the therapy process and unlock special dialogues. Mental Health System: You must also safeguard your own mental well-being. Challenging cases, negative session outcomes, or overwhelming stress can affect your mental health. Your success is measured not only by your patients' improvement but also by your ability to maintain your own stability. Office Decoration: You can decorate your office to create a more pleasant working environment and improve your mood. Each decorative item positively impacts your emotional state. Session Records and Reports: At the end of each session, you can take notes and prepare reports on your patient. These records will help you monitor their progress and deepen your understanding of their story. Leveling System: Earn points through successful sessions and wise decisions to level up. As you level up, you unlock special abilities such as highlighting specific choices or extending session duration. Consequences of Your Decisions: A wrong question can drive a patient away. Accurate assessments can unlock hidden stories. Medication prescribed to help one patient might be dangerous for another. Neglecting your mental health can lead to game over. Every Patient Has a Story: Each patient you encounter has a unique background. It is up to your skill to uncover their traumas, anxieties, joys, and fears. Some patients may hide past traumas, while others may weave truths into their narratives with great subtlety. Empathy, active listening, and asking the right questions at the right time will be your greatest tools.
