AYW Pro Manager Short Description Run the wrestling company, not just the card. Book shows, manage talent, survive the boardroom, react to a living inbox, and turn weekly chaos into a wrestling empire. About This Game AYW Pro Manager is a professional wrestling management game about the pressure, politics, and momentum behind the curtain. You are not only choosing who wins. You are running the company around every decision. A weekly show is coming up. The card needs matches. The crowd expects stars. The board wants growth. Talent want opportunities, money, protection, title shots, time off, or answers. Rivals are circling. Your inbox is filling up. And when the show goes live, every segment can change the feeling in the room. This is a game about building something that lasts. Book the television. Shape the pay-per-views. Create stories that lift wrestlers from prospects to main-eventers. Manage contracts before rivals turn interest into offers. Keep the locker room from boiling over. Watch your finances. Hit board targets. Develop academy talent. Make promises carefully, because the game remembers. Book Like A Promoter Build cards from matches, promos, angles, adverts, title bouts, and specialist stipulations. Balance star power, fatigue, morale, injuries, runtime, championships, rivalries, and crowd patience. A strong card can lift the company. A careless one can expose weak stories, overwork key names, anger talent, or leave the crowd cold. Run The Show Live Event day is not just a results screen. Step into live production with the running order beside you, crowd response updating through the night, commentary and fan reaction feeding back into the show, and late decisions available before the next segment airs. Shorten a match. Add a crowd reset. Give the main event more time. Pull a segment if the show is slipping. The card you booked is the plan. Event night is where the plan gets tested. Manage The People Behind The Product Your roster is more than a list of ratings. Wrestlers have contracts, morale, fatigue, health, popularity, relationships, momentum, and expectations. Some want pushes. Some want protection. Some want money. Some just want to know they matter. You will handle renewals, transfers, promises, injuries, suspensions, medical rest, creative direction, and backstage issues. The best managers do not just book stars. They build trust with them, or at least keep the situation from exploding. Build A Company, Not Just A Show The board is watching. You will manage ticket sales, production costs, sponsorships, TV deals, loans, merchandise, wages, and long-term financial health. The Boardroom tracks trust, warnings, formal requests, and six-month targets. Book a great show. Sell out a major event. Improve market share. Keep the finances under control. The board will notice success, but it will also notice drift. A Living Inbox The inbox is where the wrestling world pushes back. Show reports, talent demands, board replies, backstage problems, industry news, rival rumours, medical updates, contract issues, and decision-based stories arrive over time. Some are flavour. Some are warnings. Some force you to choose a response. Your decisions can affect morale, fan trust, owner confidence, cash, fatigue, relationships, promises, and future stories. Develop The Future Use the academy to bring through new prospects and shape the next generation of your roster. Build careers from the ground up, form teams and factions, create rivalries, crown champions, and decide who becomes the face of the company. Success is not only one hot main event. It is turning today’s unknown name into tomorrow’s franchise star. Fight For Your Place In The Industry Rival companies do not wait politely. Track market share, competitor activity, contract interest, rumours, signings, releases, and momentum shifts around the wider wrestling world. Your company’s position can rise or fall depending on the shows you run, the stars you build, and the business decisions you make. Finances Matter In AYW Pro Manager, you are in charge of the company's finances. Get a TV deal that covers different parts of the world, accept sponsorship deals (that have obligations you need to meet) and take a look at those merchandise figures (you can give wrestlers a cut of these if you are feeling generous). Shape Your Own Wrestling World AYW Pro Manager includes a built-in editor for customizing wrestlers, companies, championships, shows, venues, teams, relationships, and game-world imagery.
