Director of Management: Football Club

YOU ARE THE DIRECTOR. EVERYTHING ELSE IS NOISE. DOMFC is a deep football management simulation where you control every aspect of your club. Transfers, contracts, tactics, finances, board relations, press conferences, youth development, scouting, staff -- the whole picture. No match animations eating your time. No hand-holding. Pure football management. THE BIGGEST WORLD IN FOOTBALL MANAGEMENT 577 territories across Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania, and South America 6 confederations covering every FIFA member nation and hundreds of associate territories 15,000+ competitions -- domestic leagues, cups, super cups, reserve leagues, youth leagues, and continental tournaments for men and women 20,000+ clubs from the Premier League to the smallest semi-professional outfit on the planet 500,000+ players and staff, every one with a full attribute profile and a life outside football Load exactly what you want -- one country, one continent, or the entire world MEN'S AND WOMEN'S FOOTBALL -- EQUAL DEPTH Every territory has both a men's and women's competition structure. Not a token women's mode. The same engine, the same depth, the same respect. Manage a women's club, a men's club, or both at the same time. UNIVERSAL PERSON SYSTEM Every person in DOMFC is a complete human being, not a stat card. Players have career histories, injuries, mental health events, family lives, and second careers after retirement. Your striker can become your assistant manager. Your physio can become a scout. Your director of football was once a goalkeeper. Over 100 attributes per person across technical, mental, physical, goalkeeping, coaching, management, medical, and hidden categories. FULL COMPETITION PYRAMID Domestic leagues across multiple tiers per territory Men's and women's cup competitions Super cups and promotion playoffs Reserve and youth leagues Continental competitions including the WIFA Champions Cup and TIFA equivalents International football and world tournaments RUN YOUR ENTIRE CLUB Transfers: bids, negotiations, free agents, loan deals, transfer windows Contracts: wages, clauses, renewals, youth contracts, expiry management Tactics: formation, playing style, set pieces, in-match instructions Finances: TV deals, sponsorships, ticket pricing, wage bill, budgets Board: objectives, confidence ratings, boardroom requests Staff: coaches, scouts, physios, analysts, youth directors Training: weekly development tied to facilities, age, and professionalism Youth academy: annual intake and long-term prospect development Press conferences and team talks Scouting network and player reports LIFE EVENTS SYSTEM Football is human.
