Football Academy Director

Build the next generation. You are not managing the first team. You are building the players who will define the club’s future. In Football Academy Director, you take charge of a football academy and guide young players from early youth squads to the U19 academy team. Follow the pathway from U11 prospects to older academy players, plan future squads, and decide which talents deserve the time, focus and responsibility needed to reach the next level. Every season is a test of your academy Choose training camps, run youth camps, scout promising players and compete for the signatures of emerging talent. The best player is not always the right signing. You need to judge ability, potential, personality, squad fit and the opportunities available inside your own academy. Shape the squad, not just the star Set training plans, focus extra attention on selected players during training periods, manage playing time, and use the Squad Planner to track your entire academy pathway. Build depth across age groups, prepare future promotions, and create a team around your best prospects. Lead from the dugout Before every match, choose your formation, assign player roles and review how well each player is expected to perform in that role. Matches are presented through text commentary, statistics and detailed match information, keeping the focus on your decisions and their consequences. Answer to the board Success is not only about winning matches. Meet board objectives, earn rewards, improve facilities, upgrade your academy, hire staff and build an environment where young players can thrive. Strong seasons can unlock new possibilities. Poor seasons can put your job under pressure. Chase academy glory Climb the Youth League pyramid, fight for Youth Cup success, watch your players earn national team call-ups, and build a lasting legacy through the players you develop year after year.
