ONE LIFE IS NOT ENOUGH You start at sixteen with $2,000, no job and absolutely no idea what you are doing. Perfect! Get educated. Chase promotions. Build your credit. Buy property. Trade stocks. Start businesses. Get married. Raise children. Make smart decisions. Make terrible decisions that somehow work out better. Then die. Don't worry though, that is where GG Life really starts! Your heir takes over everything you built, including your money, property, businesses and any financial disasters you were kind enough to leave behind. One generation might struggle to afford a small home. The next could own half the city. The one after that might sell the lot, buy twelve sports cars and become a cautionary tale. Every life becomes part of the same story. Every decision shapes the next generation. You are not trying to win one life. You are trying to build a dynasty! START WITH ALMOST NOTHING Every great dynasty starts somewhere. Yours starts with: $2,000 No job No degree No property No investments A credit score with plenty of "character" Take an entry-level job, go to college, start saving or spend everything on a car you definitely cannot afford. It is your decision. The lender is apparently happy either way. Small choices early on can shape the rest of your life. And possibly ruin your children’s lives too. GET A JOB OR BUILD AN EMPIRE Work your way up from entry-level jobs into better careers with higher pay, stronger benefits and more opportunities. Education, experience and reputation all matter. You can play it safe and climb the career ladder. Or start your own business, hire staff, expand, and build something much bigger. Eventually, your business income might replace your salary. Or you might discover that being your own boss mostly means paying everyone else first and answering emails at midnight. Freedom, apparently. MONEY MATTERS GG Life is built around money, choices and consequences. Manage: Checking and savings Credit scores Personal loans Car finance Mortgages Buy-to-let property Rental income Stocks and dividends Business profits Living costs Inflation Tax Your income, debts and financial habits affect what you can actually afford. Banks check whether you can repay them. Very selfish of them. Tax gets calculated and filed automatically in the background. No forms, no popups interrupting your afternoon. One less thing standing between you and your next terrible decision. Build your credit, manage your debts and keep enough money aside for unexpected costs. Or ignore all of that and learn through experience. Expensive, character-building experience. BUY PROPERTY Save for a deposit. Get a mortgage. Buy your first home. Then keep going. Build equity, buy investment property, collect rent and grow your income. A small home can become a property portfolio. A property portfolio can become an empire. An empire can become a mountain of debt with a nice kitchen. The kitchen does have an island, though. Plan carefully. LIFE WILL MESS WITH YOUR PLANS You can make spreadsheets. You can plan years ahead. You can do everything right. Life can still show up and kick the door in. Events can affect your health, career, money, family and future plans. Some choices give you quick wins. Others take years to pay off. Some looked sensible at the time, which is usually how these things begin. You control the decisions. You do not control everything that happens next. BUILD A FAMILY Date, get married, have children and build a family around the life you create. A spouse can add income. They can also add expenses, opinions and questions about why you bought another rental property. Children grow up over time and can eventually become your heir. That means every decision matters twice. Once for you. Once for whoever has to clean it up later. Raise them well, build something worth inheriting and give the next generation a strong start. Or leave them three mortgages, a struggling business and a handwritten note saying, “You’ll figure it out.” CONTINUE AS YOUR HEIR Death is not game over. When your character dies, you choose an heir and carry on. Your heir can inherit: Wealth Property Assets Businesses The family name The consequences of your decisions They start a new career and build their own life, but they do not start from scratch. One generation might struggle to buy a home. The next might own three. The one after that might inherit a business empire and blow it all before thirty. That is the beauty of family. BUILD A DYNASTY Every generation becomes part of your family history. Look back at past characters, their careers, their wealth, their biggest moments and how everything ended. Your first character starts with $2,000. What will generation ten start with? A mansion? A business empire? A terrifying amount of debt? Possibly all three. There is only one way to find out. PLAY LIFE YOUR WAY There is no perfect path. You can: Chase a high-paying career Live cheaply and invest Become a landlord Build businesses Focus on stocks and dividends Prioritise health and happiness Raise a big family Build wealth for future generations Spend everything and leave behind a very awkward inheritance Play smart. Play reckless. Play exactly how you like. The family history will remember it either way. EARLY ACCESS GG Life is a growing life simulation game built around careers, money, family, property, business and multi-generational progression. Early Access will bring more careers, events, businesses, assets, choices, balancing and new ways to shape your dynasty. The foundations are in place. Now it is time to build something on them.
