TANGENT

TANGENT A high-speed physics game about flow, momentum, and perfect swings. You are a marble. TANGENT is a procedurally generated physics-driven action game where you grapple, swing, and launch through interconnected worlds built for flow. It’s easy to pick up, hard to master, and designed around one goal: enter the flow state . Grapple. Pump. Fly. Attach to grapple points, swing wide, and pump at the bottom of your arc to build speed. Release at the perfect angle and you’ll rocket forward, carrying momentum across gaps, curves, and vertical climbs. Timing matters. Position matters. Explore a Living World The world is circular, layered, and interconnected. Discover shrines hidden across massive spaces, master routes between them, and connect the system together piece by piece, unlocking new movement options with each connection. Each area has its own visual identity, gravity twists, and audio atmosphere — all designed to blend seamlessly as you move between them at full speed. Flow Over Frustration TANGENT rewards clean movement. Skill expression scales as you improve Physics are buttery Retries are quick Movement abilities unlock with gameplay Reactive Sound & Music Reactive Audio Music swells and react to your speed and movement, subtly guiding you into rhythm and reinforcing the flow state. When everything clicks, you’ll hear it. For Players Who Love: Physics mastery Exploring strange worlds Speedrunning & time trials Skill-based movement Chasing “one more run” Games that feel good at 100 km/h Features Physics-driven grappling and swinging Momentum-based movement with deep mastery Large interconnected worlds Hidden shrines and route discovery Reactive audio and music Time trials, scoring, and personal bests This is a game about motion.
